It has been a very busy time for the Parent Forum.
We have had some wonderful people working very hard in the background to put on two amazing events – both were held on Friday, August 16. Despite the terrible weather – torrential rain, strong winds and bitter cold, it was a hugely successful night.
Junior School Disco – Once again, Tammy Brutti did an amazing job organising not one, but two separate Discos on the one night. By the looks on all the children’s faces (not to mention some of their dance moves) everyone had an awesome time. Thanks Tammy, I am sure everyone appreciates all your hard work.
Senior School Quiz Night – This was the first time we have hosted a Quiz Night for the Senior School Girls. We were hoping for 50 – 60 ticket sales but ended up selling all 120! Thanks to everyone for supporting this event, based on its success, it is something we plan on running next year. I would like to say thanks to Shauna Alban for all her hard work in organising this from start to finish outstanding job Shauna, thanks.
Moving between both events, it was hard to determine who was having the best time and making the most noise. I think the Senior Girls may have just won.
We have just one more PF run event this year, SciTech – Saturday September 14th. bookings can be made at https://www.trybooking.com/book/event?eid=511276&. There are still plenty of tickets available, so it’s not too late to register.
