All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.


All online orders received by St Brigid’s College for the supply of goods and services shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.

Upon acceptance of these terms and conditions by the purchaser the terms and conditions form a binding contract.

Price and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments must be received before the order can be processed.

All online payments are required to be made by credit card.

Delivery of Goods

All goods are supplied and delivered in ‘Brand New Condition’.

Online orders will be processed twice a week in those weeks that the Online Store is open for business:

  • Closing time for orders for Monday processing will be midnight on the preceding Sunday;
  • Closing time for orders for Wednesday processing will be midnight on the preceding Tuesday.

All items are to be collected from St Brigid’s College Uniform Shop on Monday after school or Wednesday at lunchtime. Orders will not be available at recess or before school. Orders will not be distributed via the classroom or Student Reception. St Brigid’s College do not provide a postal service on orders.

Orders will be required to be signed for at the time of collection.

Once orders are collected and signed for they become the property of the purchaser.

The Online Store accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to goods after collection.

St Brigid’s College Online Store takes every care to carry out the instructions of the purchaser, however, it is the responsibility of those purchasing from the Online Store to undertake a final proof reading of the order prior to submitting. St Brigid’s College Online Store accepts no liability whatsoever for any errors not corrected by the purchaser in the final proof reading.

Refunds and Exchange

Due to health regulations there is absolutely no exchange or refund on bathers or socks.

Please note that students will need to ensure of the correct fitting prior to purchase. This can be done by coming into the Uniform Shop.

We are happy to exchange incorrect items (except bathers and socks) only at the Uniform Shop and as long as the items are returned to us in original, unused and unwashed condition, with proof of purchase (sales receipt) within 10 days. Items are to be returned in their original undamaged as new condition (i.e. shirts folded as on delivery to you).

Items deemed to be not in original condition e.g. dirty or damaged in any way, will not be refunded or exchanged.

Should a refund be required, the refunded amount shall be returned to your credit card.


Please check your purchases at time of pick up and prior to leaving the Uniform Shop. Should you notice any alleged defect with the product or shortfall in quantity, please contact the Uniform Shop assistant immediately while you are still at the store.

Any alleged defects will need to be examined by the supplier prior to being replaced.


Where a warranty applies to a product, the warranty will be the current warranty provided by the manufacturer of the goods. St Brigid’s College Online Store shall not be bound by nor be responsible for any term, condition, representation or warranty other than that which is given by the manufacturer of the Goods.


In the event that the purchaser cancels their order and therefore does not take delivery of Goods, the purchaser may be liable for any loss incurred by St Brigid’s College Online Store. The loss may be up to the value of the order if the College is unable to return the goods to the supplier.

Second-hand items

Second-hand items are not available for purchase through St Brigid’s College Online Store. St Brigid’s College Online Store will not be liable for any items purchased through the Parent Forum Secondhand Stuff.
