Today, is International Women’s Day and to celebrate the Day, the Year 12 Class of 2024 enjoyed a cooked breakfast in the Boarding House.
The keynote speaker this year was Ms Bianca Pietralla, a current parent and graduate of the Class of 1997. Ms Pietralla is the Chief Executive of the St John of God Foundation, which is the philanthropic arm of St John of God Health Care – one of Australia’s leading Catholic health care and community service providers. Ms Pietralla’s address was given from the heart and was exceptionally moving as she shared her own story of empowerment and perseverance.
Speaking to a room filled with the young women of the future, Bianca shared her very personal story of her journey in life. Bianca was inspirational, motivational and empowering. She shared her ‘Top 5 Tips’ for achieving success:
